The Canadian Culinary Championships is a two-day event that brings together the gold medal-winning chefs and their sous-chefs from each Gold Medal Plates event across Canada in Kelowna, British Columbia in February 2011. The chefs will compete in three gruelling competitions, judged by a panel formed of the Senior Judge from each city, and headed by National Culinary Advisor, James Chatto. It’s an intense weekend for all concerned and a unique opportunity for our guests to watch these culinary superstars perform.
